In this revelatory program, the Australian Haydn Ensemble brings Beethoven’s Fourth to new life in a rarely heard historical chamber arrangement for flute and string sextet by Watts. 
AHE has played a significant role in reviving unheard chamber arrangements of Beethoven’s symphonies, uncovering new layers of these masterworks - you’ll hear them in a whole new way!

Also on the program is Mozart’s Haffner Symphony, once again in a historical chamber arrangement, made by Cimador. Written in a whirlwind of deadlines, weddings and house moving, and almost forgotten by Mozart himself, it bursts with joyous and irresistible momentum.
